A Letter from Brendan & Allison
Hello! Thank you for your interest in learning a little about us. We are a family of three who knows firsthand how much joy can come from adoption, as we were blessed to adopt our son, William. We are excited to grow our family once again in this way! We are a faithful, Catholic family who strive to live out our faith in every part of our lives. Brendan works from home, and Allison stays home as a full-time mom, so giving our children plenty of quality time and attention is a priority for us!
We met in 2013 on a dating site for Catholics, quickly became best friends, and married in 2015.
We balance one another out perfectly and have a shared love of traveling, hiking, art museums, and going to concerts and symphonies. We also love to embark on treasure-hunting at estate sales, working on our home, and of course, we enjoy outings with our son. We like going to the local festivals, parks, out to dinner, and even the local nursery to look at all the flowers and plants as a family!
We are both so excited to see our family grow. We look forward to welcoming your child into our family adventures and watching the sibling relationship grow between our children.
Brendan is a fantastic husband and dad. He makes time after work every day to spend the evening playing with William, give him his bath, help him get ready for bed, and then leads bedtime prayers.
Brendan really enjoys doing things outdoors – riding his bike, playing golf, hiking, or even just pushing William up and down the street on his tricycle. He likes to be creative – loves to fix and build things. His job is computer programming, yet he also enjoys programming for fun in his free time. He is funny, smart, friendly, and innovative. Brendan is also generous, loyal, and faithful to his promises. He has great memories of growing up with his 6 brothers and sisters and looks forward to creating wonderful memories for our own children.
Allison is a strong, faithful wife and mother. She was a nurse before becoming a stay-home mom and always puts in the extra time and effort to research everything important to our family, from healthy meals to fun activities we can do together.
She has a beautiful singing voice and likes to play the piano and ukulele. Some of her other hobbies include photography, baking, thrift shopping, and learning about natural health topics. Allison is passionate and has a great sense of humor. She’s really an amazing mom and is looking forward to welcoming your child into our family. She is excited to travel with our children and create memories of family vacations together.
We bought our 3 bedroom home last year in a great neighborhood! We love our location, as it is really close to everything we need – our favorite grocery store, our church, great parks, and libraries, and soon there will be a brand new children’s museum just a few blocks away! There is a playroom downstairs, a fully finished basement where Brendan works, and a shady fenced-in backyard with a great patio where we love to spend time.
William is such a blessing. He is a smart, sweet, and very talkative little boy. He is such a joy to our entire family and it is so fun watching him play and imagine. We know he will be a great big brother, as he is so sensitive and loving. Seeing him interact with our friends’ little ones is really precious, and we can’t wait for him to have a sibling to make memories with.
Much of Brendan’s family lives very close to us, and we see them often. We go to church with his parents and his brother, and we get together with his other siblings at least once a month – usually for someone’s birthday! William has several cousins close in age who live near us, and they are able to play together regularly. Allison’s parents live in Texas and we visit every few months. We also talk to them on FaceTime every day to stay close!
Both of our families are so excited to welcome your child to the family. The holidays are so much fun with little ones, and our parents are especially looking forward to having another grandchild to love!
We promise to provide a stable, loving, trustworthy, Catholic home for your child. We promise that they will grow up knowing their story and knowing your love. We will always continue to pray for you, and encourage your child to do the same. They will receive an excellent education and will know the value of hard work and dedication to achieve goals. Most of all, we promise that your child will know they are loved unconditionally by us and our entire family! To learn more about us, please call or text Lifetime at 1.800.923.6784.

|More About Our Family|
|Our Shared Interests|
Our personalities are very different, but we still have lots of things we love to do together:
Our Catholic faith is what defines our life. It is our faith that guides us in every decision we make, and it is also our faith that brings us joy and peace. We belong to a beautiful, traditional Catholic parish that is filled with young families with many children. Adoption is a cherished thing in our faith and particularly in our church, and many of our friends have also adopted children.
We are part of a small group of married couples that meets monthly to pray, reflect on scripture, and help each other in our faith journey. As part of this group, we have committed to also pray daily as individuals, pray daily as a married couple, and pray together daily as a family. Our son is only three, but he already knows several prayers, and we pray together daily before all meals, and at bedtime.
