A Letter from Gabe & Hannah
We are so blessed to be pursuing this journey with you and to be welcoming our first child through adoption. We have dreamed of adopting since we started dating and we are excited to share all of this and more with your child. We are open to staying in touch with letters, pictures, and also visits!
We have been married for over 4 wonderful years. We love serving on worship teams together and doing covers of popular songs as Hannah sings and Gabe drums. We both enjoy quality time at home with family, playing games (Catchaphrase and Taboo are our favorites), working in our yard, and going out for dinner and a movie. Our biggest focus is investing in our relationships with friends and family. We love hosting BBQs, being considerate of our health, and we both have a passion for investing in the lives of our fellow service members in the military and their spouses. We look forward to including your child in all aspects of our lives and surrounding them with family, adventure, and music!
Gabe loves to play drums, spend time outside in nature, stay fit, and play with the dogs. He is patient, driven, understanding and always strives to better himself. Gabe always puts his family first, is a great cook and can fix anything! He serves our country in the military proudly, is optimistic and faith-filled. He looks forward to teaching our child to follow their dreams and they can do anything they put their mind to! He will teach them that, if they stay consistent and work hard, they will see the fruits of their labor. Gabe looks forward to building fun memories by implementing his families traditions and creating traditions of our own. Building forts, having water balloon fights and using one’s imagination is something Gabe is excited to share with our child!
Hannah has a passion for people, music, nutrition, and overall wellness. She is strong, resilient, has a welcoming presence, and cares for others more than herself. Hannah has a natural servant’s heart and she makes sure everyone feels welcomed and loved. She loves to spend time with friends and family, be outdoors, and be a life coach to other military spouses. Hannah is a great communicator, is incredibly responsible and I know that she will pass these traits on to our child. She is looking forward to raising our child to know God and to always be kind to others. She will show them the importance of putting God first and loving people the way that God loves people, unconditionally.
Gabe’s side of the family are all very close and we spend a lot of time together. We live on the same property as Gabe’s oldest brother and his family (wife & 4 kids) and only minutes away from the rest of the family. Every year the men do a New Year’s Eve cook-off and the women judge whose recipe is best! Hannah’s family lives in Washington. Although we only see them 1-2x per year, we talk to them weekly over the phone and facetime. Both of our families are so excited about our adoption and are excited to welcome your child into all the family fun!
We live in California on 7.5 acres of property full of beautiful land, citrus and fruit trees. Our living situation is special as we co-own property with family yet live in separate dwellings. Our child will be able to grow up with their cousins and aunts and uncles being right next door. We currently live in a quaint 2 bedroom home and plan to eventually build a bigger home on our property. We have 3 dogs and 4 cats and all of them have been raised around children. They are loyal guardians and faithful companions. We also have a flock of chickens and collect our own free-range eggs! We love to harvest the vegetables from our garden every year.
Our promise to you is that we will raise your child to know compassion, love, and honor for others and themselves. That we will surround them with our tight-knit family where they will be loved fiercely and included in everything. We promise to love them unconditionally and show them the love you have for them as well. We promise to raise your child to have strong values of faith in God, to pursue their dreams, to love well, to give grace, to always forgive, to always be honest and to show generosity to everyone around them. We look forward to getting to know you and sharing letters, pictures, and visits.

More About Our Family
Our Special Interests
Gabe and Hannah spend a lot of time with their family when they aren't working. Gabe is very hands on/fix it type of guy who loves to buy broken tractors, fix them, and resell them. He loves the outdoors and working on our property. Hannah loves to sing, she has been singing her whole life. She has sang on worship teams for her church and school. Hannah went to school for music and vocal jazz and then transferred to a Bible College where she met the mutual friend that introduced her and Gabe.
Hannah and Gabe attend a Christian Calvary Church and have both grown up in the Christian faith. Hannah was a pastor's kid growing up as well. Gabe grew up going to the church every Tuesday with his mom and siblings to help clean the church, he eventually became apart of the staff of the church he grew up in and worked in maintenance. Hannah and Gabe see their faith as a deep relationship with God, not just a practiced religion. They are committed and deeply rooted in faith. They plan to raise their children to know God for themselves and to help guide them through their questions and thoughts.
Our Musical Interest
Gabe's parents encouraged all of their children in music, as did Hannah's parents. Gabe has played drums for 13+ years, he even played in several bands, one of which was well known. Once he joined the military, drums became less of a career focus and stayed a passion. Hannah has been singing her whole life. She has been in several different choirs and competed in vocal jazz competitions growing up. Hannah and Gabe both have a deep love and appreciation for music, it is definitely apart of their life. They both hope that their children will be invested in learning a musical instrument as well.
About Our Home
We met through a mutual friend and within 7 months of dating we were married. Our love story was incredible and we truly see God's hand in placing us together. We live in a sweet and quaint house on 7+ acres of property! We live next to (in a separate house) Gabe's oldest brother and his wife and kids as well. We joke that this is a family compound, yet are so grateful to do life together! Gabe's second oldest brother lives two houses from us and his in laws live next to us. Gabe's parents and sister live on the same property as each other and are only 5 minutes from us! We enjoy doing life together whether that means attending church together, having bbq's, game nights, family outings to thrift stores and fun activities. We have animals here on the property that are loving and truly living the farm life outside! We love to host people and build relationships with them through inviting them into our home.
We will be adopting our first child! We have wanted to adopt regardless of if we could have biological children, however, infertility has brought us here and we believe that adoption is something special we will cherish forever. We plan to adopt in the future as well as we have a loving home and a passion for adoption.
We live in the state of...
We live in beautiful Southern California! We love the weather here where we have our choice of living in the countryside but not being too far from the beach!
We live in a rural area with a lot of trees and several acres of land. We have many fruit trees and plant gardens often so we can eat our own fruits and veggies from the land! We live on the same property as Gabe's oldest brother and his wife and kids. They have 4 kids ranging from 1 year old to 9 years old. We have a fenced in pool where we love to have people over, host BBQ's, birthday parties and family get togethers. Gabe's other brother lives two houses away and his parents live 5 minutes away. Being close knit with our family has always been something we are passionate about. Our neighbors are friendly and inviting and we all stay connected and get together sometimes.
